This sweet girl was found as a stray by our local animal control. We named her Raven which means dark haired and wise. Raven is playful and very energetic but has a laid back energy and can easily occupy herself with play. She is eager to learn and loves her treats:
> Raven is friendly and playful with other dogs
> Raven is cat friendly
> Raven is full of energy, like all pups her age are, and listens very well to corrections. For now we recommend a home with children 8 and up or a home who understands how to keep her excitement in check.
> Raven settles down nicely in the house and loves effection and cuddle sessions
> Raven is potty trained but will need regular potty breaks during the day. She sleeps through the night without problems
> Raven is crate and house trained
> Raven's paws are huge so we expect her to be a XL size dog once grown.
> Raven used to get car sick but we worked with her and it seems that she has now adjusted well (she did not like going in the car by itself but now she is jumping right in)
Raven has a wonderful disposition, she is spunky, she is funny and will make someone very happy.
> Raven has successfully completed a 3 week board and train program with Enriched Canine Training in Fredericksburg to sharpen basic and advanced commands.
We would love to find a family with a fenced in yard so she can run and get her energy out or someone who is going on regular hikes or outings with her. She would be a fantastic partner to go to coffee shops, breweries and wineries.
