Update 01/02/2020 from her foster mom:
I can be slow to warm up, but I'm a real sweetheart who loves to snuggle and play. I tend to prefer other ladies like myself but I will warm up to anyone with good pets and the occasional treat.

I'm quick to make friends with other doggies and especially so if they are small and playful like me. I’m friendly to other dogs and don’t have any issues meeting new friends at home or when out and about.

I'm potty trained, but I like a little encouragement and company when I go outside. I’m also crate trained but prefer not to spend too much time away from my human friends. I’m a good eater and have never met a bowl of food that I won’t eat or a treat that I won’t sit for.

I'm hoping for a calm home with someone who is patient and loving. If you have other dog friends that I can play with that would be a bonus.

When I’m not saving the world from evil chew toys (they must be destroyed!) I will probably be following you around the house. If you want to meet me, you can contact my human friends…they handle all that stuff for me.

We. Are. In. Love! It does not get sweeter than that. Dasher was seen running lose for weeks in a neighborhood, eating food in trash cans to survive. One of our amazing adopters took the time to catch her and reported it to the local animal control. Nobody came forward for her.
Dasher is a small little girl, you know the term "pocket pittie" Dasher will need time to adjust to a new home as she is scared about new things and people. She is fantastic with other dogs and animals, calm and gentle.

We require that Dasher goes into a home with another dog.
